The Vintage Resort Hotel is in the process of hiring key members for its operations team, to continue to uphold the exceptional standards that have been set. We are specifically focusing on the following areas:
- Front Desk Agent:
Perform, in a professional manner, front desk related duties including answering multiple telephone lines, check in/out procedures and the management of guests' requests and activities.
- Bell Staff:
Facilitate guests with the handling of all luggage needs and provide transportation for guests on-site and locally.
- Night Auditor:
Perform in a professional manner all income audit duties, while providing support for the front desk.
- Concierge:
Assist guests with all requests including dining reservations, hotel and other accommodations, cultural and recreation activities related to Winter Park and the Denver area.
- PBX Operator:
Manage multiple incoming telephone lines in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reservation Agent:
Manage multiple reservation lines, including correspondence of confirmation and cancellation letters along with computer entry.
- Maintenance Technician:
Perform all the duties for the overall upkeep of the property, including ground maintenance, while following the highest level of safety standards.
- Housekeeper:
Perform all the duties for the overall cleanliness of the facility along with the management of supplies.
